Overview of the tour
One of my favorite trails!
This excursion is certainly the most demanding one that I offer at the moment. I suggest it to trained people, who want to discover the wildest nature of the Lattari Mountains.
The Path of the Gods is among the best known of the Amalfi Coast and therefore also among the most "crowded", but not everyone knows that the circuit of 3 Hills is in fact more panoramic, as it overlooks it in altitude.
We start the hike from the square of Bomerano at 600m of altitude, go up on the roadway and continue along a mule track, through mixed woods, coppice chestnuts and holm oaks.
The path leads us to the first peak of the 3 hills (1,122 mt.), beautifully overlooking the coast. We are all rewarded by an enchanting view, a stunning window opens onto the entire Amalfi Coast: Capri, Sant'Angelo a tre pizzi , the highest peaks of the Lattari Mountains, Vesuvius, Cilento coast ... in short, it is an experience that takes your breath away! Afterwards you cross Monte Calabrice (1145 m) to reach the Capo Muro saddle (1072 m). The path back to Bomerano is initially a steep descent on rock and stony ground which then becomes a rolling road, until we reach the Bomerano square again.
More challenging option
For expert hikers it is also possible the ascent of Monte Catiello peak (1326 m) which, being a rather exposed path, provides an excellent panoramic point to admire the entire Gulf of Naples, Vesuvius, Ischia and Procida islands.

We organize a picnic for you, buying some typical Campania products from the producer such as: cheeses, mozzarella, tomatoes, etc. .. and then prepare a tasty snack at the top all together and then descend to Bomerano.
